17. A decision that prescribes training, changes the content thereof, limits the right of a denturologist to practise his professional activities or rules on the validity of a completed training period must be given in writing with the reasons therefor and transmitted to the trainee denturologist by service in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01) or by registered mail.

17.
